Submitting artwork

We accept artwork in digital format on disk, via email to artroom@cfh.com or through out ISDN line on 01761 409728.

Please label files with your company name and order reference so we can identify and match the correct order with its relevant artwork.

Our preferred formats for incoming files are:

• QuarkXPress (passport versions please use single language)
• High-resolution print ready PDF (please ensure that bleed is available where required)
• High-resolution print ready EPS

We can also accept files from the following programmes:

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Freehand
• Pagemaker
• InDesign
• CorelDraw (if possible please output as .ai (Illustrator) file with text converted to curves)
• Microsoft Word (text applications only)

When supplying logos for individual logos, please note:

• Spot colour logos need to be created in vector packages such as Illustrator/Freehand and supplied as a native or .eps file
• Spot colour files may also be supplied as Photoshop .dcs files
• Colour or greyscale bipmap files should be 300dpi at required size. Line art files 600dpi at required size
