Complete customer communication

We worked with our trade partner, a global leader in document management, to help them expand their services and create a complete customer communication solution for a major banking group.

Credit card statements

We manufacture stationery, infill data and personalise statements according to cardholder profile.  This can include tailored payment instructions and marketing messages. We also handle all mailing of up to 70 million statements every year.

Our creation of dynamic statements has greatly reduced the company’s cash collection time and encouraged cardholders to spend more on their cards.  A MasterCard spokesman described the statements we produce for this organisation as “the most innovative credit card statement I have seen anywhere in the world”.

Customer letters

We also manufacture letterheads, personalise direct mail as required by the company’s marketing strategy, and manage distribution.  Our systems allow us to include letters with other mailings where appropriate, thus reducing postage costs.

Customer cheques

We create personalised ‘convenience’ cheques in our APACS accredited secure production environment.  We distribute these to account holders either with statements or as solo mailings.

PIN advice

We manufacture, personalise and distribute the company’s PIN mailers for internet banking, cash machines, debit cards and credit cards.  As one of the UK’s largest manufacturers of PIN mailers, we provide the complete data and document security required for this work.

e-statements

We produce electronic credit card and bank account statements that are made available to the company’s customers through its websites.

Document warehousing

We maintain electronic records of all the documents we produce.  Through a secure website, the company’s staff can view and interrogate documents.  This is particularly useful for call centre and branch staff when dealing with customers.
