By no stretch of the imagination are we CFH's biggest customer, but we have always received a high level of one to one customer service and degree of courtesy that is rare in such a prominent company in this field. We have yet to offer them a task (and we have thrown some tricky problems their way) that they have not completed to our complete satisfaction. One does not print over a quarter of a million documents a year without there being issues of some kind or another, whether by our mistake or unforeseen circumstance, and on these occasions we have always found CFH to be most helpful in attaining a satisfactory resolution for us and always, and perhaps more importantly, in a timely manner.
Operating as they do as a mailing house, in addition to their printing facilites, we also take advantage of their postage savings (always popular with senior management!), currently we save in the region of £500 to £1,000 a month in postage costs alone.
