About us
CFH started life in 1977 as a manufacturer of continuous stationery. Since
then, we have gone on to establish ourselves as one of the UK's most innovative
print manufacturers.
In the past five years, we have led the way in the outsourced management of
document processes. Working with our trade partners, we have developed and
implemented pioneering document solutions for major financial services
organisations, utilities and local authorities.
We are now a £25m turnover business and a major player in the printing world.
But we will never lose sight of the importance of meeting the needs of all our
customers, large and small.
Trade loyalty
We deliver our services through print brokers, print management companies and
outsourcing specialists. We have stayed loyal to this 'trade-only' concept
throughout our 30-plus years in the business.
Unlike many other printers, we aren't out there competing with our trade
partners. Without them, we don't have a business, so we do everything we can to
support them in delivering pioneering solutions and outstanding service to end
clients.
Security
When you need security print, you can be sure your clients' data and documents
are in safe hands. We have a totally secure factory with caged finishing area,
walk-in safe, and the latest CCTV and alarm protection. We also use fully
auditable procedures for secure stock control, storage, distribution and waste
control.
We have held APACS accreditation to print and personalise cheques and bank
giros since 1982. We are also accredited to the BS7799 standard for information
security.
Quality
Our commitment to quality is reflected in our accreditation to the ISO
9001:2000 international standard for quality management, which we have held
continuously for more than 15 years. In 2001 we were among the first mailing
firms in the UK to be awarded the QMP quality standard for mail production.
