CFH not only designed and printed the full colour integral card document in four different regional versions (including a bilingual one for Wales). They also controlled the data management, full personalisation of the card document, insertion of an 8 page DL booklet, supply of Woodland Trust personalised envelopes, mailsort and mailing.

The Woodland Trust also held stock of the four versions, in unpersonalised form, to issue themselves through their own laser printers to new members.
