HAYS TURNS TO DOCMAIL TO STRENGTHEN PROCESS EFFICIENCIES
Hays, the world’s leading recruiting experts in qualified, professional and skilled people, has appointed CFH Total Document Management to implement Corporate Docmail, the integral document management and hybrid mail system, into its head office and network of 212 branch offices. The appointment is based on a three year contract (plus two year option), and with upwards of 9 million envelopes being mailed by Hays each year, is worth over £12million.

MORE PRACTICES TURN TO REVOLUTIONARY HYBRID MAIL
The number of medical practices throughout the country turning to hybrid mail to ease the pressure on staff and budgets is rapidly growing. With practices now having to contact patients for both the seasonal flu and the swine flu jab, work loads are rapidly mounting. LOW COST MAIL FOR FLU RECALLS
As practices prepare to remind their vulnerable patients of the importance of receiving the annual flu vaccine, even more important this year with the rapid spread of swine flu, Docmail has announced a special offer of just 23 pence per reminder letter – which includes printing, stationery and delivery. That’s a saving of 7p on postage alone over regular Second Class mail.

CFH Total Document Management has presented a cheque for £100 to John Reynolds from Radstock, who has recently completed a 110 mile charity run in aid of Children’s Hospice South West, even though less than five years ago he was unable to walk due to a severe illness.
