Offset

Our nine-colour Drent Variable Sleeve Offset Printing press, the first of its kind acquired by a UK printer, produces work of the highest quality while allowing us to carry out ultra-fast job changeovers.  This makes shorter print runs more viable and means we can manufacture just in time to reduce stockholding requirements.

Laser

Our high-speed laser printers give us a high-quality full-colour, highlight colour, mono and MICR digital print capability.  They allow us to personalise any document, for example adding numbering and bar codes.

Integral production

Our Tamarack special product machines allow us to manufacture a unique range of integral cards and labels for multi-function documents that really make an impact.  Applications include secure PIN mailers, membership and discount cards, admission passes and pre-paid cards.

Finishing

Our finishing equipment allows us to meet almost any requirement.  We can collate into multi-part or snap sets, sheet to A4, A3, A5 and other sizes, make up into pads and books, and carry out pressure-sealing and shrink-wrapping.  With a new cutting edge Duplo 5000 booklet making and collating system purchased in January 2007, we can deliver speeds of up to 5,000 booklets and 10,000 collated sets per hour.

We offer all enclosing and mailing options at DL, C5 and C4 sizes.

Web development

We create secure websites to support our solutions.  End clients can use them to submit customer data and retain visibility and control of their document process.  We also develop systems to deliver documents over the internet – for example, secure electronic bills and statements.

Data processing

We can collect and combine any number of data streams to enable document personalisation.  We are equipped to process encrypted data and we apply high standards of data security to ensure complete integrity, confidentiality and reliability.

Electronic archiving

We can keep electronic copies of the documents we produce in our data archive.  Records can then be made available online so organisations can search, view and interrogate their documents.  This is particularly useful for their customer service staff.
