With growing volumes and the sector under increased scrutiny Good Energy needed a partner that could:

As a green energy provider Good Energy also needed to work with a supplier whose carbon footprint would meet their exacting standards.

CFH Docmail provided Good Energy with a managed service solution for all their customer print and post.

The managed service solution provided complete peace of mind for all their mailing requirements both their daily and bulk communications, to ensure a timely delivery.

This service, provided dedicated account management, where their communications were meticulously monitored to ensure they met their deadlines and increase their engagement with their different audience. By using this method through CFH, it covered Good Energy’s customer communication journey, from the sign up to receiving the gas/ electric bill and included welcome packs, PCN and generic letters and newsletters.

Key learnings and results

To date the new partnership has been an unqualified success, error free and meeting all delivery schedules. This has included the ability to accommodate volumes that were 20% higher than predicted.



It’s exceptionally reassuring to work with a supplier that operates as a business partner both in terms of their environmental and operational standards, (which are validated by the highest accreditations for security and process) but also to know they take responsibility for every job, identify any issues and solve the problem so that we can have an extremely ‘hands off’ approach which frees us up to concentrate on other parts of the business.
