This service, provided dedicated account management, where their communications were meticulously monitored to ensure they met their deadlines and increase their engagement with their different audience. By using this method through CFH, it covered Good Energy’s customer communication journey, from the sign up to receiving the gas/ electric bill and included welcome packs, PCN and generic letters and newsletters.
To date the new partnership has been an unqualiﬁed success, error free and meeting all delivery schedules. This has included the ability to accommodate volumes that were 20% higher than predicted.
