To us, community means not only our internal community of staff and clients but the people and businesses around us.
In 2017 we launched our ‘Seeds of Change’ programme which is run by a committee of self-electing employee representatives. The committee make executive decisions about health and wellbeing initiatives as well as fundraising.
I wanted to thank you and all your volunteers for the amazing job you have all done with the children and their reading. They have all made such great progress and it has boosted their confidence as well as developing their social skills.
This has been down to the organisation by you... and it has had such a positive impact on the children
You may be a customer, employee or supplier but to CFH that means you are also a neighbour. Being a good neighbour is central to CFH and all that we do. On a national and local level, we have an ongoing commitment to supporting the communities that we operate in to better understand how to look after our environment.
We’d love to look at how you’re communicating, how you could improve, and how we can help. Fill out your details and we’ll talk you through taking the friction out of your communications.
