We launched with the end of year housing series of mailings which is the council’s biggest single mailing which goes out to all housing stock it includes tenant increase notices and rent cards.

It’s a mailing that must adhere to strict deadlines, there is no error margin. It’s a project which typically takes two staff a week but by using Docmail the whole process was completed in a few hours.
