November marked the final event of the year in our packed calendar, and as we reach the end of 2025, we’re taking a brief look back over our busiest period yet. Our Business Development Managers have travelled across the UK, tapping into their expert knowledge and continuing to support the sectors we know well.
From pensions and healthcare conferences to utilities, housing, and local government gatherings, we’ve been part of more conversations than ever - meeting familiar faces at long-standing events and even exhibiting at several for the very first time. Each stop has brought something different, but before we look ahead to 2026, here’s a glance at the events that shaped our biggest year of activity yet.
We’ve already shared a round-up of the events we attended during the first half of the year, and the months that followed proved just as busy. September opened with IRRV Scotland in Glasgow, where Nicki Newburn spent two productive days engaging with Revenues and Benefits professionals. It was a valuable chance to gather fresh market insight and discuss the latest industry changes with contacts across Scottish local government.
A week later, Shelley Hawkins and Michael Watson travelled to Manchester for the UKCCC 2025 conference - the flagship annual event for the collections and debt sector. With a busy stand and a full day of conversations, they explained to delegates how secure hybrid mail continues to support financial organisations managing increasingly complex customer journeys.
September also highlighted our work within the housing sector. Nicki represented CFH at Housing South, gaining insight into the sector’s evolving priorities, before she and Serena Schofield headed to Liverpool for the two-day Housing Community Summit. As one of our key housing events of the year, it attracted strong engagement from local authorities, housing associations and community-focused organisations. our signature CFH saplings were, a standout favourite.
We closed out the year with a strong run of events. October saw Chris Burridge, Jason Lusty and Nicki join sector leaders at the ever-busy IRRV Annual Conference & Exhibition in Telford, contributing to conversations on digital transformation, service efficiency and the future of local government communication - including how solutions like Docmail and CFH Managed can streamline processes and improve citizen engagement.
Shortly after, Chris and Jason represented CFH at Pensions UK (PLSA) in Manchester, where discussions centred on dashboard reform, member engagement and the growing demand for personalised, multi-channel communications supported by our secure hybrid mail services.
November continued the momentum. Shelley and Serena headed to Derby for the Practice Managers Conference, a valuable opportunity to hear directly from primary care teams about the challenges shaping their day-to-day communication needs. Meanwhile, Chris and Jason travelled to Torquay for another edition of LGPS, engaging in discussions around governance, employer engagement and the role of effective scheme communication.
We rounded off the year at HCSA, where Nicki and Serena spent two days meeting NHS procurement and clinical leaders. With integration, digital efficiency and the NHS 10-Year Plan high on the agenda, the event delivered clear insight into the priorities that will influence healthcare communications throughout 2026.
Looking ahead to 2026, our events calendar is already coming together. We’ll be returning to major annual conferences while also exploring new opportunities and sectors. Several dates are confirmed, with more to be announced - so keep an eye on our website and social channels to see where we’re heading next.
We’re also refreshing our sustainable handouts for 2026. Alongside our well-loved saplings, notebooks and plantable pencils, we’ll be introducing new eco-friendly giveaways. With planning well underway, we’re looking forward to meeting clients, partners and new faces throughout the year.
