CFH are delighted to share that we have secured a position on the new 4-year NHS Shared Business Services framework, within Lot 4 - Hybrid Mail.
Organisations awarded a place in this category have been recognised for their ability to provide “on-site and off-site bulk hybrid mail, including traditional and electronic options.” While CFH were also appointed to the previous SBS framework, our inclusion in this latest iteration represents a significant achievement, furthering our position as an approved supplier to NHS and wider public sector organisations.
Available to all NHS and wider public sector organisations across the United Kingdom, the Patient/Citizen Communication, Engagement and Hybrid Mail Solutions framework agreement is active from 16th February 2026 to 15th February 2030, highlighting a range of fully vetted suppliers across multiple service lots.
CFH have been awarded within Lot 4 - Hybrid Mail, and this inclusion reflects over 15 years of experience supporting healthcare communications. Since the launch of our hybrid mail platform, Docmail, in 2008, we have partnered with health organisations across the UK to deliver reliable, cost-effective communication at scale. This latest award reinforces our continued commitment to supporting the NHS.
Aligned with the NHS Long Term Plan and its focus on addressing health inequalities to support a growing population, the framework enables public sector organisations to procure solutions that improve how they communicate and engage with patients and citizens.
