ISO 27001 Audit Success Confirmed

We are pleased to share that we have once again successfully passed our ISO 27001 BSI external audit. We have held this certification for many years, and passing this once more marks another important milestone in our ongoing commitment to information security and operational excellence.

The audit took place in April and evaluated the effectiveness of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) across a range of critical areas. These included change management, risk assessment processes, objective setting and monitoring and overall system performance.

As part of the audit, members of our IT teams were interviewed to provide insight into day-to-day practices and how policies are implemented in real working environments. In addition, the auditor also reviewed our internal audit reports, helping to validate the consistency and robustness of our compliance framework.

We are proud to share that the auditor highlighted how effectively the ISMS is embedded across the business and how well it is maintained. While the audit is designed to be rigorous and challenging, it ultimately confirmed that our approach to information security continues to meet the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard. This achievement reflects the dedication and professionalism of colleagues across the company, whose ongoing efforts ensure that security remains a core priority in everything we do, giving our customers confidence that their data is secure and in trusted hands.
