CFH are delighted to announce the introduction of a brand new, industry-first delivery option, available to all new and existing Docmail customers.
CFH are the very first hybrid mail provider in the UK to offer this exclusive Economy Access postage option, which will be available to all Docmail users from today (1st of July 2024). Offering enhanced flexibility when overseeing your mailings, this brand new delivery service also provides potential cost savings to customers.
Economy Access postage is an alternative to the standard Docmail DSA mail option, with the main differences between the two being the postal delivery window, and overall cost per letter. Economy Access mailings will work out 4p cheaper per letter than DSA mailings, though with a slightly wider delivery window.
The date of delivery for Economy mailings will largely depend on the regularity of post being delivered to the recipient, though this will not exceed 5 days from the original dispatch date. Essentially, if an individual receives mail on a daily basis, they will likely benefit from this new postal option, which could see Economy mailings received on the same day as their regular DSA post (several days after an order has been placed), at a reduced cost.
Economy Access postage will be completely optional to select for existing users. If favoured, users can continue to use standard DSA as a default postage option, though they will be prompted upon logging in to swap to economy as default if desired. It is also worth noting that your preferred delivery option (either DSA or Economy) will be set at account level, and all additional users will be impacted.
Economy Access will affect you in one of several ways, depending on how you choose to interact with this new option, if at all. For those sending non-urgent bulk mailings, there is the potential for significant savings, while setting Economy Access at account level for each user can represent additional value, with each letter 4p cheaper to send in each instance, for each user.
