Here at CFH Docmail, we have been supporting our customers with communication solutions for over 40 years. One such solution is Docmail, our hybrid mail product. The first of its kind when it launched in 2008, Docmail is still the most advanced option on the market today.

What is Docmail hybrid mail?

Docmail hybrid mail is a modern, digital mail solution that allows organisations of any size to manage all their client communications in one account. In just a few clicks you can send a variety of colour or black & white communications directly from your desktop to us, where we will then print, enclose and dispatch them the next working day. Docmail hybrid mail offers first and second-class delivery and future dispatch date options, so that communications can be dispatched and delivered when required.

For a solution that’s been around for so long, we have some interesting facts up our sleeve!

Did you know?

Fact #1

We have sent over 200,000,000 documents on behalf of our customers through Docmail since it was launched in 2008.

Fact #2

Our first client to register on Docmail in 2008 was a medical practice and they are still with us today.

They have sent nearly 250,000 letters during that time... #loyalty

Fact #3

We carry out over 30 demonstrations to new customers of Docmail every week, that’s over 22,000 since we launched

Fact #4

We’ve had over 10,000 users sign up to Docmail in the past 14 years, which is enough people to fill the Titanic 5 times!

Fact #5

Last year alone, we had 1200 new Docmail users, which is enough people to fill 8 London tube carriages

Fact #6

Docmail is believed to be the only hybrid mail solution to offer the option to apply straplines and logos to envelopes on demand, by department or by document type. Not only does this increase brand awareness, but recent research showed that envelopes with colour and logos on them have a 90% higher open rate than plain white ones.

Fact #7

We have a Docmail print driver that can be utilised by any company. It enables users to send pre-merged letters over to us; you simply download our free virtual printer, which shows as a printer on your desktop. You can then ‘print’ your documents by selecting the print driver and completing your mailing in just a few clicks. We will then print, enclose and despatch your documents directly to your recipients. To find out more about the Print Driver, visit our blog.
